A clean house only stays that way if the work happens at the right interval. Every route is built around repeat visits.

$185 per visit

02

Bi-weekly Maintenance

Same scope as weekly but spaced fourteen days apart. Good fit for homes that stay reasonably tidy between visits.

$265 per visit
Bi-weekly Maintenance
03

Monthly Deep Clean

Inside appliances, baseboards, light fixtures and window sills added to the regular scope. One longer visit each month.

$375 per visit
Monthly Deep Clean
04

Move-in / Move-out

Empty homes cleaned top to bottom before new tenants or after old ones leave. All surfaces, cabinets and fixtures.

From $420

V Who runs the routes

The same people every visit.

Clean Route started in 2018 with two vans and a single weekly route in south Denver. The model stayed the same as the business grew: one crew assigned to a route for the life of the account so clients see familiar faces and consistent standards.

Most accounts are recurring. We track homes by square footage and pet count so the time on site matches the work required. No add-on charges mid-route when the scope stays the same.

Why Clean Route

Routes only work when the crew returns

Four details that keep a cleaning route running without complaints or turnover.

01

Fixed crew per route

The same two cleaners handle the same homes every week. No rotating staff.

02

Products stay consistent

Same dilution ratios and microfiber rotation on every visit so results match.

03

Time built into the route

Each stop is scheduled with buffer so crews finish without rushing the last rooms.

04

Route density checked

Homes are grouped by zip code so drive time stays under fifteen minutes between stops.
